Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth across the Real Estate and Travel sectors, identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Real Estate and Travel.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
• Source and list properties on digital platforms and collaborate with the digital marketing team.
• Partner with travel consultants to create and promote travel packages.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Accompany clients to property viewings and ensure their preferences are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Real Estate or Travel.
• Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
