Business Development Manager – Interior & Real Estate

About the role

Euro Homes Group is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across its premium interior division and support its real‑estate and construction projects. You will expand the client base, forge high‑value partnerships, and position the company as the leading name in bespoke design and fit‑out solutions in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business development strategy for interior product lines, targeting luxury retail clients and bulk B2B developers.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and main contractors to secure specification deals.
• Identify and secure new opportunities across residential and corporate segments, managing the full sales pipeline from pitch to contract closure.
• Conduct market research on consumer preferences, housing trends and competitor offerings to keep product lines competitive.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure project execution meets client expectations and timelines.
• Monitor sales metrics, revenue targets and conversion rates, providing strategic reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales or B2B account management within interior design, custom furniture or premium construction finishing.
• Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships with developers or architects and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and high‑stakes negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian property market, luxury residential developments and local construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously with high attention to detail.
