Chef – Baking & Chinese Cuisine Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Chef who can handle both baking and Chinese cooking in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will prepare a range of baked goods and Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Bake breads, cakes, pastries and other baked items according to recipes.
• Prepare and cook Chinese meals such as fried rice, noodles, stir‑fry dishes and soups.
• Follow established recipes and cooking methods to ensure authentic flavours.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and work area.
• Manage food ingredients, storage and stock levels efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver meals quickly and consistently.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cooking Chinese dishes, breakfast meals and baking.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently during early mornings or busy periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
