Chef – Baking & Chinese Cuisine Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a versatile Chef who can handle both baking and Chinese cooking in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will prepare a range of baked goods and Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Bake breads, cakes, pastries and other baked items according to recipes.
- Prepare and cook Chinese meals such as fried rice, noodles, stir‑fry dishes and soups.
- Follow established recipes and cooking methods to ensure authentic flavours.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and work area.
- Manage food ingredients, storage and stock levels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver meals quickly and consistently.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cooking Chinese dishes, breakfast meals and baking.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently during early mornings or busy periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
