About the role
The Client & Operations Associate will be the front‑line representative for Jogojewel, handling both walk‑in and online customers. You will support daily store operations, ensure smooth communication on social platforms, and help maintain the jewellery inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in and online customers with professionalism.
- Manage inquiries received via WhatsApp and Instagram, providing timely responses.
- Support the recording, organization, and tracking of jewellery inventory.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and other daily operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold high standards of customer service.
Required profile
- Honest, organized, and responsible.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and computers.
- Previous retail or jewellery experience is an advantage.
