Retail Support Graduate - National Service Program

About the role

M-KOPA, a company serving millions of customers across Africa, is recruiting recent graduates and students for its National Service Program in Accra, Ghana. The role sits behind the service centre control desk, supporting the team on customer requests and keeping the system clean. It is presented as an internship-style opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team on Freshdesk tickets and daily compliance reports
• Check requests on M-KOPANET (swaps, add-ons, allocations, payment transfers) against policy
• Help with credit adjustments for device unlocks, KNOX Guard and factory reset requests, repair approvals and incentive reconciliation
• Keep the system clean and help catch fraud early

Required profile

• Recent graduates and students are very welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
• Ability to manage customer interactions efficiently and effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfort working to tight service levels and a willingness to learn
