About the role

We Dey Outside is looking for a passionate Content Curator to shape its voice across digital platforms. You will discover trending cultural stories, attend events, and create engaging social media content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend events, launches, and community gatherings to capture real‑time content.
• Plan, create and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with editorial direction.
• Write compelling captions, headlines and short‑form copy.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and editors to produce high‑quality assets.
• Promote platform features, campaigns, newsletters and partnerships.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest new content ideas based on audience insights.

Required profile

• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Ability to spot trends quickly and create timely content.
• Comfortable attending events during evenings or weekends.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Passion for culture, entertainment, lifestyle and events.
