Corporate Relations & Marketing Officer

About the role

SIIMT University College is looking for a proactive Corporate Relations & Marketing Officer to boost student recruitment, build corporate partnerships, and raise the institution’s profile across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, corporations, government bodies and other stakeholders.
• Promote academic programmes, professional courses, workshops and corporate training services.
• Conduct visits to schools and companies to generate admissions and business opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, outreach programmes and promotional events.
• Manage social media platforms and support the creation of marketing content.
• Follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
• Represent SIIMT at education fairs, exhibitions, seminars, workshops and networking events.
• Prepare basic reports on marketing activities, admissions and corporate engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, admissions or a similar role.
• Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for school visits, corporate engagements and outreach activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
