Digital Marketing & Investor Relations Specialist

About the role

Fundapartner is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its digital growth engine while managing key investor relationships. This hybrid position combines performance marketing, content creation, and investor outreach to help the company scale its financial bridge‑building services across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to generate high‑quality B2B leads.
• Own Fundapartner’s LinkedIn presence, planning, creating and scheduling posts that position the firm as a thought leader.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney to draft ad copy, articles and marketing assets efficiently.
• Identify, contact and pitch potential investors, presenting financial opportunities clearly and maintaining ongoing relations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful paid campaigns on Google and Facebook, with strong audience‑targeting and budget‑optimization skills.
• Excellent prompt‑engineering abilities and fluency with AI content‑generation tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, comfortable speaking with high‑net‑worth individuals or institutional funds.
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance to the office near School Junction, Ashaley Botwe (strict on‑site role).
