EMBA Marketing Manager – Africa-wide

About the role

The EMBA Marketing Manager will lead the promotion of the Executive MBA programme across Africa, developing and executing strategies that attract high‑quality candidates and strengthen the brand of CEIBS in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and enrolment strategy for the EMBA programme.
• Organise and follow up on information sessions, seminars and presentations at educational markets and corporate events throughout Africa.
• Supervise EMBA recruiters in multiple African countries.
• Create high‑quality brochures, flyers, advertisements and other recruitment collateral aligned with CEIBS communication standards.
• Optimise the CEIBS website and social‑media channels to maximise programme visibility.
• Maintain and develop partnerships with strategic individuals and organisations across the continent.

Required profile

• Minimum eight years of professional experience, with at least five years in a similar marketing role.
• Proven experience in developing, marketing or managing executive education programmes in a top‑tier academic environment.
• Strong network and ability to leverage Africa‑wide links and partnerships.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Relevant first‑degree qualification plus additional professional credentials from recognised institutions.
