Field Cashier – Cash Handling & Reporting

About the role

Ultimate Credit Solutions Limited, a reputable hire‑purchase company, is seeking a results‑driven individual to join the team as a Field Cashier. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, reporting and supporting sales closures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and make accurate cash deposits and cash transactions on behalf of the company.
• Follow specified procedures to handle cash, document transactions and obtain customer countersignatures.
• Enter collected monies in the UCSL recollection book and provide daily update reports on cash and cheques received.
• Bank all collected monies within 24 hours and assist with month‑end inventories.
• Prepare analytical daily, weekly and monthly reports for appropriate stakeholders.
• Answer customer queries, provide detailed information and build trust to close sales.
• Ensure amounts recorded in the recollection book match the total amount banked.

Required profile

• DBS from a recognized tertiary institution.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a cashiering role.
• Hardworking, trustworthy and attentive to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
