Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will work on‑site in Accra to promote Enlace Education Services’ mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. You will engage directly with schools, families and community organisations, introducing them to the company’s offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client organisations within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Conduct outreach visits, deliver presentations and demonstrate the value of mentorship, tours and scholarship programmes.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads and convert prospects into enrolled clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with program objectives and provide market feedback.
• Report regularly on sales activities, targets achieved and customer insights.
• Participate in local events, fairs and information sessions to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in insurance sales (or comparable field sales experience).
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet defined sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Accra and work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and activities.
• Competence in using spreadsheets for data management.
• Familiarity with standard office productivity software.
