Field Sales Representative (National Service Position)

About the role

The Field Sales (National Service) position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Accra, Ghana. You will promote Enlace’s mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship services to schools, families and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to schools and community centres, delivering presentations and information sessions.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients and convert interest into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide feedback to improve services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students and families.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to students, families and school stakeholders.
• Sales and outreach capability, including lead generation, relationship building and follow‑up.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to plan visits and manage schedules.
• National Service‑eligible candidate; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic digital literacy: proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets and online communication tools.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen to needs and provide supportive guidance.
