Global Client Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Global Client Manager to lead the onboarding and relationship management of employer partners across Africa through our Digital Talent Hub. This six‑month fixed‑term, fully remote position will support Generation’s mission of connecting pre‑trained digital talent with companies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for remote employer partners throughout the Pan‑Africa region.
• Drive the end‑to‑end onboarding process for employers onto the Digital Talent Hub platform.
• Identify and create project opportunities by collaborating with subject‑matter experts and designing tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring partner needs are met and delivering high‑quality service.
• Track and report on onboarding metrics and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in client management, sales or business development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and performance‑driven mindset.
