Graduate Trainee – Accra & Tema

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Graduate Trainee in the Accra & Tema region. This 18‑month temporary program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through hands‑on project work, cross‑functional exposure, and structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead assigned projects related to the Graduate Trainee program.
• Undertake training courses and apply new knowledge to real‑world tasks.
• Collaborate with managers to execute project deliverables.
• Provide analytical support for various initiatives.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work across departments to gain a holistic view of Nestlé’s operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with project‑management experience.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
