HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing plant, supporting the workforce across production, quality, warehouse and other departments. The role will drive recruitment, employee relations and performance initiatives to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with production, quality, warehouse and other plant functions to address workforce needs.
• Manage recruitment and staffing for frontline and technical positions.
• Handle employee relations matters, including attendance, discipline and labour disputes.
• Support the implementation of performance‑management processes in the factory.
• Coordinate employee training (safety, technical skills) and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Assist in workforce planning and organisational‑structure optimisation.
• Analyse HR data such as turnover, attendance, labour cost and headcount to inform decisions.
• Support employee‑engagement and internal communication activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced factory environment with frontline staff.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑handling abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
