Human Resources Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead performance management, HR operations and workforce planning within a large‑scale manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full performance management cycle, including KPI setting, reviews, appraisals and improvement plans.
• Oversee daily HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, records and employee relations.
• Partner with production and functional leaders on manpower planning, workforce allocation and staffing effectiveness.
• Review and optimise HR policies, procedures and standard operating processes across sites.
• Maintain accurate HR data and produce regular reports on headcount, turnover, performance and other key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in large‑scale manufacturing.
• Proven experience in performance management and HR operations.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with management and frontline staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS or other HR management systems (advantage).
