About the role
The Key Account Manager will partner with the Area Manager to drive revenue growth for Masimo’s portfolio of patient monitoring solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with major healthcare clients, ensuring clinical adoption and sales performance across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business plans with the Area Manager to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to shape account strategies.
- Establish trusted relationships with key clients, resolve issues, and anticipate needs.
- Lead communication between clients and internal teams, managing dedicated account teams.
- Negotiate contracts, set performance timelines, and monitor compliance.
- Drive clinical and sales goals for all Masimo products, achieving quotas and expanding installed base.
- Promote Masimo SET, Rainbow, and ROOT platforms as standards in pulse oximetry, CO‑oximetry, brain function monitoring, regional oximetry, and capnography.
- Collaborate with OEM sales staff to provide clinical education and support whole‑house conversions.
- Engage key opinion leaders and clinical bodies to integrate Masimo technologies into academic programs and local protocols.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows in anesthesia, ICU, neonatology, and emergency care.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
