About the role
ASA Savings & Loans Limited is looking for proactive Loan Officers to join its network across several regions in Ghana. The role involves identifying prospective borrowers, processing loan applications, disbursing funds and ensuring timely repayment while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients for loan products.
- Disburse approved loans and collect instalments according to schedule.
- Record all transactions in the accounting books and relevant software systems.
- Prepare credit plans for organized groups of borrowers.
- Mobilize savings deposits from clients.
- Collaborate with team members and perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- HND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Ghanaian nationality, aged between 20 and 28 years.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work in the Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Western or Eastern regions.
Required skills
- Basic computer operation.
