Marketing and Sales Officer

About the role

Edtex Limited is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Officer to boost brand visibility and drive revenue across its retail, fashion and FMCG product lines. The role combines creative marketing initiatives with hands‑on sales activities to expand market reach in the Accra & Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns, sales promotions and business‑development projects.
• Generate, follow up and convert leads from referrals, online enquiries, networking and events.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs and networking functions.
• Maintain the showroom, ensuring products and promotional materials are attractively displayed.
• Create and manage promotional content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and propose strategies to increase sales.
• Prepare accurate sales records and regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
• Attention to detail, integrity and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Attractive salary package.
• Working hours: 2 pm‑8 pm Monday‑Friday and 9 am‑4 pm Saturday.
• Location: Community 18 on Spintex Road, Accra & Tema region.
