Marketing & Brand Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Brand Executive will lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that elevate the company’s products and services across the Accra and Tema regions. Working closely with sales and outdoor teams, the role ensures brand consistency while driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote company offerings.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Create engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters and digital content.
• Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to ensure timely delivery of samples and marketing materials to clients.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain and protect the company’s brand identity and reputation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support product launches, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Plan, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across digital platforms, handling budgets and vendor coordination.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and website content, publishing engaging posts and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, branding or corporate communication.
• Proven track record of building brand awareness and driving customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
