Marketing Executive – Meat Products

About the role

The Marketing Executive will promote Simprica’s meat products across the Accra and Tema region, building relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting the company’s growth in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market Simprica’s meat products to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new customer and business leads.
• Visit potential customers and businesses to introduce and promote products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present product information, pricing, and offerings.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Support promotional campaigns and other sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer engagements, and market visits.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Entry‑level experience (up to 24 months) in sales, marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive personality.
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships and work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of the Adenta and Greater Accra business environment is a plus.
• Experience selling food products, meat, FMCG or related items is an added advantage.

What we offer

• Basic salary of GHS 2,000 per month.
• Performance‑based commission.
• Location: Adenta, Accra.
• Working days: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
