Marketing Lead (Healthcare)

About the role

The Marketing Lead will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that support Rhema Health's mission to improve community health outcomes. This role combines brand stewardship, digital outreach, and event coordination to enhance visibility across Accra and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead branding and visibility initiatives across all communication channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional events, health campaigns, and community outreach programmes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee advertising, media relations, and public communications.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a service‑based industry.
• Strong creativity, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
