Marketing Officer – Admissions & Outreach

About the role

SIIMT University College is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to lead its student recruitment, brand visibility, and outreach initiatives. The role blends digital marketing with on‑ground activities such as school visits, education fairs, and workshops, supporting the institution’s growth and enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote academic programmes and boost student enrolment.
• Organise and conduct school visits, education fairs, workshops, and other outreach events to generate leads.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, the university website, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate admissions campaigns and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
• Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing activities with institutional goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support branding, advertising, and public‑relations efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in education, admissions, or service‑based industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for outreach and marketing activities.
