Marketing & Sales Associate (NSS)

About the role

The Marketing & Sales Associate (NSS) will support the company’s growth by creating engaging on‑camera content, conducting product demos, and building trusted relationships with local business owners. This position is designed for accredited tertiary graduates who are currently serving the mandatory 12‑month National Service and are based in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form video reels, TikToks and software walkthroughs that highlight product features and business value.
• Conduct digital outreach, manage lead pipelines and schedule content distribution across social platforms.
• Present product pitches to small groups and senior stakeholders, handling live Q&A sessions.
• Engage with local entrepreneurs to establish credibility, overcome objections and secure demo commitments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams during on‑site sprints and field outreach activities.

Required profile

• Accredited tertiary graduate enrolled in the 12‑month National Service program.
• Strong spoken English with confidence in public speaking and pitching.
• High emotional intelligence, active listening and ability to build rapid rapport with clients.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering clear, concise explanations.
• Residency in Accra with availability for hybrid work.
