About the role
The Marketing & Sales Officer will drive the promotion of our aquatics programs, attract new participants and support revenue growth across Accra and Tema.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new participants.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Promote programs through flyers, events, and community outreach.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including door‑to‑door engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community groups.
- Track and report on marketing and sales performance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Comfortable with direct outreach and community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Prior experience in sales, sports, or education is an advantage.
