Medical Marketing Executive

About the role

Essence Medical Laboratory is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Executive to promote its medical services and products across Accra and the Tema region. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that increase client acquisition and strengthen the brand within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for clinical, laboratory, and medical product offerings.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Organise outreach programmes, health campaigns, and activation events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and visibility.

Required profile

• Residency in Accra.
• Minimum HND, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or medical sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.
