National Service Personnel – Sales & Marketing Support

About the role

As a National Service Personnel in the Sales & Marketing team, you will gain practical experience in the building‑materials industry while supporting daily sales and marketing operations. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing Executives to assist with customer engagement, market research, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day‑to‑day operations, reporting and coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads and maintain client databases.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Support showroom and branch activities such as product display, stock checks and sales activation.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Maintain documentation of sales orders and related transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts and production to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Manager.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eligible for National Service, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
