Online Ordering Specialist – Freelance (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an independent Online Ordering Implementation Expert to guide restaurants and merchants through the setup of commission‑free online ordering pages. The role is fully remote and focuses on seamless integration with existing websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct autonomous onboarding sessions, ensuring high‑quality online ordering implementations.
• Test and integrate ordering links into merchants’ websites, GMB listings, and GFO platforms.
• Assist in building new websites or customizing existing pages to match brand guidelines.
• Handle complex technical integrations, such as Toast POS and dual‑menu configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all ordering links are functional.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Detail‑oriented communication skills for structured client questioning.
• Experience with data‑driven decision‑making and virtual client engagement.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and restaurant POS systems, especially Toast.
