Pharmacist – Accra

About the role

New Crystal Health Services Limited is seeking qualified pharmacists to join its expanding team in Accra. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high‑quality health services across Ghana, supporting the company’s vision of nationwide presence.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and counsel patients on proper use.
• Maintain and update patient medication records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including ordering and stock control.
• Participate in health promotion and community outreach activities organized by the company.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Ghana.
• Strong knowledge of drug therapy, dosage calculations, and pharmacy law.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and patient safety.
