Practice Lead, Corporate Support Services

About the role

The Practice Lead, Corporate Support Services will provide strategic oversight across finance, administration, facilities and business development functions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, invoicing, receipting, bank payments and statement reconciliations.
• Prepare, review and analyse budgets, forecasts and financial KPIs for executive decision‑making.
• Oversee payroll processing, statutory tax returns and coordination with external auditors.
• Manage procurement, vendor contracts and logistics to ensure cost‑effective sourcing.
• Supervise facilities operations, maintenance, utilities management and vehicle compliance.
• Drive cash‑flow management, cost‑control initiatives and investment portfolio oversight.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, client relationship management and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, HR, Corporate Governance or related field.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience, with at least six years in a supervisory or consulting role.
• Professional membership (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, statutory compliance and professional services consulting.
