Project Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead logistics and supply chain initiatives from concept to delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while driving efficiency across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics‑related projects such as new route development, system upgrades, process improvements, fleet expansions, and client onboarding.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams (operations, fleet, warehouse, customer service, finance) and external vendors.
• Track performance using KPIs, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Improve supply chain workflows and last‑mile delivery strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Support implementation of logistics technology solutions (tracking systems, routing software, inventory systems).
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
