Graduate Management Trainee (Supply Chain)

About the role

Jumia, a pan-African e-commerce platform, is recruiting recent graduates for its Supply Chain Graduate Management Trainee programme. Over two years, the programme combines on-the-job learning and mentoring, with real projects from day one and rotation across warehousing, inbound and outbound fulfillment, sorting centers and last-mile delivery. It is based in Ghana, where millions of orders move from vendors to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure fast order turnaround, optimal inventory placement and high fulfillment accuracy
• Analyze logistics, lead time, route and capacity data to find bottlenecks and lower fulfillment costs
• Work with Commercial, Transport, Customer Experience and 3PL partners to deliver a good customer experience
• Lead process improvement projects under a structured mentoring program

Required profile

• First degree from a recognized, accredited university, graduated in 2025
• National Service fully completed, with the NSS Certificate or Release Letter
• At least 3 months of relevant internship experience, ideally in sales, retail, FMCG or account management
• Fluent English, excellent communication and teamwork, and willingness to relocate during the programme

• Comfort with numbers and Excel
• Problem-solving, creativity, curiosity and adaptability
