About the role
Zippy, a fast-growing, young and innovative tech company in Ghana, is hiring riders to be the face of its delivery service. The role involves picking up and delivering packages on electric motorcycles, earning up to GHS 4000 under a deliver-more-earn-more model.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages on time to customers in good condition
- Deliver according to the delivery model and within the agreed time window
- Support customers with service issues and promote Zippy services to potential new customers (referral bonuses available)
- Prepare, inspect and operate the electric motorcycles, keeping them in good condition
Required profile
- Minimum JHS certificate
- Valid motorcycle licence preferred but not mandatory
- Honest, hardworking and with good English communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Google Maps
