Project Sales Manager – Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy

About the role

We are looking for a Project Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy sectors. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring post‑sale satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within vertical industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining and Energy.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Identify client operational pain points and craft value propositions that address industry‑specific challenges, including product demos and business case presentations.
• Establish direct relationships across all client levels, from frontline users to C‑suite decision‑makers and budget owners.
• Analyze contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly and follow up on any issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (presales, delivery, legal, finance) to ensure seamless solution design, proposal preparation and post‑sale client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client sources in Oil & Gas, Mining or Energy industries.
• Familiarity with project operations, bidding processes and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a self‑motivated, driven working style.
