Regional Sales Manager – East & North Africa

About the role

IDS GeoRadar is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across East and North Africa. You will lead the sales cycle for the Mine Monitoring portfolio, build long‑term customer relationships, and work closely with the Regional Sales Director to shape the regional strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to expand the IDS GeoRadar Monitoring Portfolio.
• Manage leads from prospecting to closure, monitoring performance against budgets.
• Use Salesforce to maintain the full sales pipeline and generate forecasts.
• Present and demonstrate mine monitoring solutions, negotiating contracts and implementation milestones.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and industry contacts.
• Provide market insights to Product Management and represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Hexagon health and safety policies and support cross‑functional issue resolution.
• Travel frequently within the region (40‑60%) and undertake occasional international trips.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or a related field.
• Proven experience selling technical solutions in the mining sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel extensively across diverse markets.
