About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to drive new market opportunities and expand our client base within the shipping and logistics sector. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting our brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Manage logistics and warehouse coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and oversee service quality.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Twi.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in sales, preferably within shipping or logistics.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Probation salary: GHS 1,400 per month.
    • Post‑confirmation salary: GHS 1,700 per month, with potential increases based on performance.
    • Opportunity to work in Accra with a growing shipping company.
