About the role
ILMG Ltd. is seeking a part‑time hybrid Sales Marketing Executive to drive market planning, research, communication and sales initiatives. The position is based in Lapaz with flexibility for remote work, supporting the company’s mission to generate loan sales for financial partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market planning and detailed market research.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Communicate with clients and partners to promote loan products.
- Negotiate deals and build lasting relationships.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Analyze market feedback and adjust pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams on credit policies.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in market planning and research.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Understanding of product pricing, market feedback and credit policies.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills.
