Sales & Marketing Person

About the role

JEX Travel and Tours LTD is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Person to boost brand visibility and drive sales of travel packages. The role combines field‑based client outreach with strategic marketing activities to generate leads and convert them into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Actively meet potential clients, pitch travel services, and close deals.
• Promote domestic and international travel offers at expos, tourism events, trade fairs, and promotional activations.
• Support partnership development and general business‑development activities.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Tourism or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or related roles; travel/tourism experience is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and confident, persuasive presentation skills.
• Excellent time‑management, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
