Sales Officer - Nutrition and Pharmaceuticals

About the role

The Sales Officer – Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals will drive sales, market penetration, and distribution of the company's pharmaceutical, nutritional, and healthcare products. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors, and retailers to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across pharma, nutrition, healthcare, pharmacy, hospital and retail markets.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into customers and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls and product presentations to doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate sales and commercial terms within approved company policies.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Promote product benefits, indications and usage guidelines in a compliant manner.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on product quality, pricing and availability.
• Support product awareness campaigns, medical detailing, seminars and workshops.
• Manage assigned territories, accounts and distribution channels.

Required profile

• Commercially driven professional with solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical and nutrition sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and retail partners.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and identifying growth opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting product benefits and conducting educational sessions.
