Sales Representative

About the role

Gillman and Abbey Funeral Service is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote its funeral service packages across Accra and the Tema region. You will act as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them through sensitive decisions while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and follow up on potential clients.
• Present service packages with confidence and empathy.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with families and community partners.
• Collaborate with the team to develop outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with bereaved families.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
