Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner & Commercial Support

About the role

The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner & Commercial Support provides financial guidance and commercial insight to Telecel Ghana’s Commercial Units. Working in a matrix environment, the role partners with commercial functions to influence financial decisions that drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own business performance reporting across all product lines and segments, delivering insights and corrective actions.
• Define templates and metrics for daily, weekly and monthly revenue tracking against targets.
• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with Finance and Business Units.
• Develop business cases, financial models and cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives and product changes.
• Ensure pricing decisions align with the company’s margin framework.
• Manage Commercial Management Information Reporting, KPI performance, and Commercial P&L.
• Design and maintain data‑quality controls for reporting systems.
• Oversee commission structures, incentive plans and Commercial OPEX budgeting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee reliable data for analysis.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and perform sales performance analytics.
• Strong commercial finance background, capable of influencing pricing and investment decisions.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and acting as a single point of contact for commercial teams.
