About the role

Med‑X Health Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth for its private health insurance services in Ghana. The role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands‑on sales execution to expand market share and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Accra and Tema regions.
• Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch promotional campaigns and product offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to adjust tactics as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
