Customer Success Manager (Intern)

About the role

Join Cornerstone as a Customer Success Manager intern, acting as the bridge between the company and its partner institutions and merchants. You will help onboard new clients, provide training, and ensure they feel supported throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new institutions and merchants onto the platform
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers
• Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
• Build lasting relationships with key accounts

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and patience in customer‑facing situations
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience or strong interest in fintech or SaaS
• Fluency in Twi or other Ghanaian languages is a plus
