Senior Service Monitoring Analyst – 24/7 Operations Manager

About the role

The Manager: Senior Service Monitoring Analyst leads 24/7 monitoring of MIDAS FinTech platforms, ensuring early detection of issues and maintaining operational visibility. You will work in a high‑growth environment where platform stability, security, and customer trust are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, transactions, interfaces, APIs, alerts, dashboards and business service indicators across shift‑based operations.
• Analyse events and trends to identify abnormalities, assess impact and execute monitoring runbooks.
• Document incident timelines and trigger appropriate escalation paths.
• Coordinate with incident management, infrastructure, application support, service management, vendor and partner teams during operational events.
• Provide clear communication and documentation under pressure to support stable post‑go‑live operations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (minimum 6 years) in service monitoring or related operations.
• Strong operational discipline, attention to detail and ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills, especially under pressure.
