Senior Specialist – Orthopedics and Spine

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Orthopedics and Spine provides patient care in accordance with Fakeeh Care policies, granted privileges, and established standards of care. The role involves direct clinical work, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with attending physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care within granted privileges and Fakeeh Care protocols.
• Document all care activities according to Fakeeh Care documentation policies.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Perform or assist in medical/surgical procedures as authorized.
• Provide timely medical reports in the required format.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and junior training.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the code of conduct.

Required profile

• Medical license issued by the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA).
• Board/Fellowship/Master qualification in orthopedics or spine specialty.
• Relevant clinical experience in recognized medical centers as required by the regulatory authority.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any advanced life support licenses if applicable.
