Shop Attendant – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Shop Attendant will greet customers, guide them through the shapewear selection process, and ensure a smooth in‑store experience. You will handle both walk‑in and online/WhatsApp orders while maintaining a tidy sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service, helping them choose the right shapewear styles, sizes, and care instructions.
• Process walk‑in, online and WhatsApp orders accurately and handle payments according to company procedures.
• Assist with stock‑taking, monitor inventory levels, and keep displays and fitting rooms organized.
• Follow store policies on fitting rooms, exchanges, and returns while striving to meet individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous retail, fashion or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a friendly, sales‑oriented attitude.
• Honest, punctual, responsible and detail‑oriented with a professional appearance.
• Willingness to learn about shapewear products, sizing and fitting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for order handling.
• Comfort using smartphones for communication and basic POS/sales systems.
