Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Showroom Inspection & Merchandising Executive to ensure brand standards and merchandising execution across distributor showrooms in Ghana and other African markets. The role involves regular inspections, compliance checks, and coordination with internal teams and distributors to maintain high‑quality presentation of our premium tile and ceramic products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of distributor showrooms covering product assortment, sample rooms, display racks, lighting, sanitary ware installations and overall cleanliness.
• Identify non‑compliance issues, propose corrective actions and follow up to ensure implementation.
• Support merchandising execution for new product launches and visual upgrades.
• Capture 8–10 standardized photos per showroom and record findings in detailed inspection reports.
• Prepare periodic inspection summaries and submit them to headquarters.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, New Product Specialists and distributor teams to resolve showroom‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom inspection, merchandising execution or store auditing.
• Experience in ceramics, building materials or sanitary ware industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with distributor management and multi‑market operations is an advantage.
