Social Media Sales & Growth Associate

About the role

Phlenu is looking for a Social Media Sales & Growth Associate to turn social engagement into real revenue. You will work across TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms to drive sales for one of Ghana's fastest‑growing digital brands.

Key responsibilities

• Sell directly through TikTok and Instagram Lives, Reels, Stories, DMs and WhatsApp follow‑ups, closing sales in real time.
• Create and publish sales‑focused content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads and YouTube Shorts using local trends.
• Run weekly promotions, flash sales and product launches to boost conversions.
• Build and nurture a high‑trust online community, partnering with micro‑influencers and affiliates in Ghana and Nigeria.
• Track weekly social‑driven sales, leads and conversion rates, reporting results and optimizing tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating sales through TikTok and Instagram, not just engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with direct‑message selling and WhatsApp conversions.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian consumer behavior and ability to switch between professional and street‑smart communication.
• Comfort working with sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals, including evenings and weekends.
