Store Supervisor / Sales Associate

About the role

The Store Supervisor / Sales Associate will lead daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will combine sales expertise with creative content creation to boost product visibility both in‑store and on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Support inventory checks, restocking, and product displays.
• Ensure other store staff complete their assigned duties.
• Create and assist with Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short‑form product content.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, customer‑focused and sales‑oriented attitude.
• Professional appearance and good presentation.
• Basic computer and administrative abilities.
• Trustworthy, responsible and able to work independently.
• Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
