Technical Presale Communication Engineer

About the role

The Technical Presale Communication Engineer will lead the technical design and preparation for the sales team, covering LAN, CCTV, access control, PABX, UPS and radio systems. The role involves conducting surveys, creating technical documentation, and producing bill of materials for client proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical surveys and generate accurate BOM/BOQ for projects.
• Prepare technical write‑ups for tenders, quotations and marketing materials.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings that illustrate the proposed technical solutions.
• Support the sales department with all presale technical requests and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of LAN, CCTV, access control, PABX, UPS and radio communication technologies.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, IT, Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking, telecommunications, ISP or IT environments.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑orientation skills.
